We stand behind our products. If there's a technical issue that makes our plugin unusable and we're unable to resolve it, we'll refund you in full - within 14 days of purchase. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version
14-day money-back guarantee - if a technical issue makes the plugin unusable and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
Renewals are not refundable. Cancellations stop future charges but don't refund the current period.
Contact us first - most issues can be resolved without a refund.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every new purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If our plugin has a bug or problem that we're unable to resolve, we'll refund you in full - no lengthy back-and-forth, no hard feelings.

We'll always try to fix the issue first. If we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, the refund is yours.

2. What's Covered

You're eligible for a refund if your request is within 14 days of purchase and there is a technical issue with our plugin that makes it unusable - and we're unable to resolve it.

We'll investigate every report. We may try to fix the issue first - if we can't resolve it, we'll approve the refund promptly.

3. What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Subscription renewals
  • Change of mind, or discovering a better alternative after purchase
  • Missing features - check what's included before purchasing
  • Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code
  • Issues caused by an incompatible server environment or outdated WordPress/WooCommerce versions
  • Violations of our Terms of Use

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us and include:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your order number (found in your Freemius confirmation email)
  • A brief explanation of why the plugin didn't work for you
  • Any screenshots or details that help us understand the issue

We review every request individually. If there's something we can fix, we'll try that first - you're always welcome to accept the fix instead of the refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we'll review and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, the refund is processed by Freemius and typically appears on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency. We don't store payment details - all refunds go through Freemius directly.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Freemius account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period - your access continues until it expires.

If you cancel within the 14-day window of a new purchase and have a valid reason, you can request a refund alongside the cancellation.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first. We respond quickly and would rather resolve it directly than through a bank dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your license and access to support. Chargebacks that are later found to be invalid may affect your eligibility for future purchases.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Purchases made before a policy change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
